Directions to Sayer, Regan, Thayer & Flanagan from Route 114

Rt. 114 South (or West Main Road) takes you into Newport. The road then becomes Broadway.
Just past the Dunkin‘ Donuts, turn left onto Ayrault Street.
At first stop sign, turn right onto Kay Street and go to the end. At the light, turn left onto Bellevue Avenue.
The Viking Hotel will be directly in front of you at the stop light.
Newport Art Museum will soon be on Left.
Sayer, Regan, Thayer & Flanagan Parking Lot at 130 Bellevue Avenue is the Second Left after the Art Museum.

Direction to Sayer, Regan, Thayer & Flanagan from Route I-95

Take I-95 to Route 4 South.
Take Route 4 to Newport/Jamestown Exit (Route 138).
Continue straight over Jamestown and Newport Bridges.
Take First Exit off Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport Exit).
Take Right at Stop Sign at bottom of Exit Ramp.
Pass through first Traffic Light (Cemeteries will be on both sides of road).
Second Traffic Light - Bear Left.
First Stop Sign Bear Right onto Thames Street.
First Traffic Light - Take Left onto Touro Street (Banana Republic will be on right).
Pass through next two Traffic Lights going up the hill (Bellevue Avenue begins as you pass through the Second Light).
Newport Art Museum will soon be on Left; a grassy park is opposite on Right.
Sayer, Regan, Thayer & Flanagan's Parking Lot at 130 Bellevue Avenue is the Second Left after the Art Museum.
